Taught Post Graduate courses at Delhi University for 35 years. Published over 50 research papers in national and international journals, Guides over 50 PH. D students,25M. Phil and over 100 Master dissertations publication of psychometric Tests. Participated in the deliberation of the 52nd meeting of Human Rights, UN, Geneva, April 1996. Have been Editor of different professional Journals. Visited various organizations. Have been associated with different Projects, Defense Psychological Research, DRDO Awarded Fellowship of national Academy of psychology.

B.A (Hons) Psychology, M.A(Psychology) and Ph.D(Clinical Psychology), University of Delhi, have been professor of Clinical Psychology, University of Delhi have been teaching advanced courses and training in clinical counseling at university of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.

Published 25 research papers in professional journals, editors of journal of research & Applications in Clinical Psychology Guides 25 Ph.D students, 30 M.Phil , and 55 Masters Level. Pioneered the FM program for mental-health awareness in India. Long experience of personal counseling guiding and clinical practice Long experience of training /workshop programs in various corporate houses like Cairn Energy, Gillette, Amway International, MICO, Modi Xerox, Ranbaxy. LG Electronics, HCL Technology, organics, Alcatel, etc. Invited to lectures/, seminars in different foreign Universities.
